INSICK
Hangar · Quality & supply chain

Hold every batch and supplier to the same standard.

Field failures traced back to the batch they came from, and production lots tested before they ship.

Batch traceability

Field failures are traced to their component batch and compared with the fleet median for that component class. A bad batch shows up as a number, with the evidence to act on it.

  • Failure rate vs fleet median for every batch
  • Failure modes and affected units per batch
  • Recall flag, evidence-pack export and supplier notice
  • Supplier scorecard graded A to D

Acceptance QA before units ship

Manufacturers upload acceptance-flight logs for a production lot. Hangar checks each unit against the lot’s criteria and returns pass or fail with the measured values and a confidence interval for the lot.

  • Configurable criteria per airframe type
  • Per-unit results with the failing measurement highlighted
  • Lots held when a component batch is flagged
  • Acceptance certificate as PDF
